We’re proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our bottles and stand behind each bottle we manufacture. If you’re unsatisfied with your product, or if you’ve encountered a manufacturing related issue, please submit a warranty claim and our experts will carefully review your case.

While we’ll be extra gracious with your claim, please be aware that there are certain damages we can’t cover. Some of these damages include:

• Accidental damage
• Improper care or misuse
• Normal wear and tear

Not sure if your case will be covered under warranty? Go ahead and submit a claim — our team will help you with alternative solutions on the off chance we can’t cover the damages under warranty.

Any unused Owala bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note that, unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

In general, shipments within West Malaysia take about 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. For a more specific answer, use the tracking number that was provided with your receipt.
